A time that matches your shift
Morning pickups at 7:00, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30 and 10:00 AM. Evening returns at 4:30, 5:00, 5:30, 6:00, 6:30 and 7:00 PM. Pick the pair that fits your working day.
The same driver every morning
One regular driver runs your route. Inside a week he knows your gate, your usual timing and the face he is waiting for, so the ride stops being something you have to manage.
Evening return on the same seat
The bus that brought you in takes you home. You tell us your evening slot once and it holds, so you are not negotiating a ride home at the end of a long shift.
If you are running late
Your driver holds briefly and calls you. He cannot wait long because the rest of the bus has shifts to reach, so message us early and we will find you a later slot with a free seat.
Ladies seating on request
Tell us when you message and we will arrange your seating on the route you are joining. Say it once and it stays that way, you will not have to ask again each morning.
Evening only
Only need the ride home? We do that too.
If you drive in yourself, get dropped off, or work a shift that only breaks one way, take the evening run on its own. We collect you from your Dubai work area and drop you back in Sharjah, one way, at any evening slot between 4:30 and 7:00 PM.

Move your team between Sharjah and Dubai without managing it yourself.
If your staff live in Sharjah and work in Dubai, you already know the cost of it: late arrivals, people leaving over the commute, and a WhatsApp group full of transport problems that is not anyone's actual job.
We take that off your desk. Depending on headcount we either put a dedicated Coaster on your shift pattern or place your staff on routes we already run. Either way you get one contract, one point of contact and one monthly invoice, and your people get a seat with their name on it.

Toyota Coasters, from small to large.
The Coaster is the standard staff bus of the Gulf for a reason. Toyota has built it since 1969, and the current generation launched in 2017 with driver and front passenger airbags, Vehicle Stability Control, a ringed frame body for roll over protection and seat belt pre-tensioners as standard.

Questions
The things people actually ask before they join.
Is the free trial ride really free?
Yes. One ride on a route and a timing we already run, at no cost, one per phone number. You claim it on WhatsApp so your driver knows to hold the seat. If you decide not to continue afterwards, nothing happens and nobody chases you.
What happens if I miss the pickup?
Message us on WhatsApp as early as you can. The Coaster runs to a fixed time because everyone else on board has a shift to reach, so it cannot wait long. If you miss it we will tell you which of the later morning slots still has a free seat.
Do you wait if I am a few minutes late?
Your driver will hold briefly where it is safe to stop and he will call you. Beyond that he has to move so the rest of the bus reaches work on time. If you know the night before that you will be late, tell us and we will try to move you to a later slot for that day.
Are there extra charges like Salik on top?
We quote one monthly figure on WhatsApp before you start, and the same message tells you exactly what it covers. Ask about Salik, fuel and tolls when you message and you will get a straight answer in writing before you commit to anything.
Can I take just the evening ride from Dubai back to Sharjah?
Yes. Evening one way is a normal booking for us. Plenty of riders drive in or get dropped off in the morning and only need the run home. Tell us your Dubai work area and which evening slot you want between 4:30 and 7:00 PM and we will price it as a one way.
Do you have ladies seating?
Tell us when you message and we will arrange your seat accordingly on the route you are joining.
Will I get the same driver every day?
Yes. Each route has one regular driver, so within a week he knows your building, your gate and your usual timing. That is the reason we run fixed routes instead of pooling drivers across the fleet.
Can I pause my subscription for holidays?
Message us with your travel dates before you go. We will sort out your seat and your subscription for the period you are away, and your seat is never given away without telling you first.
Can I change my pickup point or my timing?
Yes. Send us the new address or the new slot and we will tell you which morning the change can start from. Because we collect you from your own building, moving inside the same area usually changes nothing except the address we save for you.
