He knows your building
A driver on his fourth week knows which gate you come out of, which side of the road is safe to stop on, and that the barrier at your tower takes a minute. A new driver has to be told all of it, every time.
Jalal Group Transport has run the Sharjah to Dubai commute since 2020. Not an app, not a marketplace, not a pool of drivers you have never met. Fixed routes, one regular driver on each, and a Coaster that stops at your building.
Jalal-ud-Din started Jalal Group Transport in 2020 to solve a problem that thousands of people in Sharjah live with every morning: the home is here, the job is in Dubai, and the trip in between eats the day at both ends.
Driving it alone means fuel, Salik, parking and the traffic. Booking a car each morning means a different price every day and a different driver every day. Public transport means walking to it, then waiting for it, then changing.
So we built the boring version. A fixed seat on a fixed route, a driver who is the same person every morning, a pickup at your own building instead of a meeting point, and one monthly figure instead of a daily gamble. It is not clever. It just works, which is why 6,800 people now ride with us every working day and why we hold a 4.8 average from 232 Google reviews.
Founded and still run by Jalal-ud-Din from our office on Abu Bakr Al Razi Street in Maysaloon, Sharjah.
Most transport problems are not vehicle problems. They are information problems, and a regular driver solves almost all of them without anyone having to send a message.
A driver on his fourth week knows which gate you come out of, which side of the road is safe to stop on, and that the barrier at your tower takes a minute. A new driver has to be told all of it, every time.
The same route at 7:00 AM and at 9:30 AM are two different drives. Running one route daily means the driver learns where it backs up and when to take the other way, instead of following whatever the map says at that second.
If you are usually out by 7:02 and it is 7:05, he calls. That single habit is the difference between missing work and making it, and it only happens when the same person drives the same seats every day.
You set your pickup and your slot once. After that there is no booking, no confirming, no checking a price. The bus comes because it always comes, and the only time you message us is when something changes.
The same faces every morning. For a lot of our riders, and particularly for women commuting alone, riding with a known group and a known driver is the whole reason they moved off ride hailing apps.
We collect from your own address. In August, and in the rain, and on the mornings you are carrying something, the ten minute walk to a meeting point is exactly the thing that makes people give up on shared transport.
We run Coasters from small to large rather than forcing every route into one vehicle. A quiet route gets a smaller bus and a full one gets a large body, which keeps the ride comfortable instead of half empty or overloaded.
You are about to put yourself, or your staff, in a vehicle every day for a year. You are entitled to see the paperwork behind it.
The Coaster is not a converted van. Toyota builds it as a bus, and the current generation ships with real safety engineering as standard rather than as an upgrade.
Our drivers are the whole product. You will meet yours on your free ride, and after that he is the person you deal with every morning rather than a name in an app.
Each driver holds one route rather than rotating across the fleet, so your morning is his routine and not his first attempt.
If you are not out at your usual time, your driver rings you before he moves on. You are a person on his list, not a dropped pin that timed out.
If something goes wrong on your route you tell us, not only the driver. One office, one number, and a record of what was agreed when you joined.
We do not publish our drivers' names and photographs online. You will meet the driver for your route on your free ride, and his number goes into your phone from day one.
Send us your Sharjah pickup area and where you work in Dubai. We will confirm the closest pickup point and hold a seat for you on the next working morning. No payment, no form, no commitment.
One free ride per phone number. Existing routes and existing timings only. The seat is claimed on WhatsApp so your driver knows to expect you.
